Amy Ariano is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, Georgia. She joined the company in May 2015. In her role, she leads the Human Resources function, and is a part of the company’s senior leadership team.
Amy has over 20 years of experience leading teams around the world and working across businesses to ensure delivery of a cohesive strategic culture and workforce plans. She has enjoyed playing a leadership role in several transformations and change management projects including those at overall business and functional levels, including Human Resources transformations. She has had leadership roles and responsibilities that have included M&A activities such as due diligence and full integration of all people and HR functions.
Before joining Gulfstream, Amy was Vice President, Human Resources–Private Brands and Commercial Foods, for ConAgra Foods Inc., in Omaha, Nebraska, where she led human resources for two business segments with a both domestic and international operations. Before that, she worked in a series of roles with ConAgra, including vice president of Human Resources Integration and vice president of Corporate Human Resources. Prior to ConAgra, she held several human resources positions at SPX Corp., a global multi-industry manufacturer.
Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Michigan in Flint and a master’s degree in training and organizational development from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
